The Role:
We are searching for a creative and passionate (Junior) Motion Designer for an entry-level position. You will consistently and swiftly design visually appealing, captivating, and tonally appropriate films and animations. You'll adapt flexibly to the opinions and ideas of clients and colleagues, implementing their ideas convincingly.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating outstanding motion graphics for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok etc.).
High-originality idea development: Contributing your own ideas and integrating them into existing conceptsVideo editing
Meaningful use of visual effects, creation of graphic templates, and their animation
Independent time management and assessment of required resources
Implementation of small film projects in collaboration with our internal production team
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design and produce engaging motion graphics and animations that align with the brand's identity and campaign goals. This includes creating graphics for various platforms such as social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
UGC Integration: Incorporate user-generated content into motion graphics in a way that maintains the authenticity of the original content while enhancing its appeal through animation and design elements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure that the motion graphics align with the brand’s message and user-generated content themes.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion graphic designs are consistent with the brand’s style, voice, and goals. This includes following brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and overall tone.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, social media, and UGC to ensure the content remains relevant and innovative.
Requirements:
Experience. Have at least one year of motion design/film experience in an agency, design studio or production company
Technical Skills: Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, and similar, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator, evtl. Canva & Figma. Cross-media understanding and a good feel for typography, colours and imagery.
Creative Ability: Strong creative and artistic skills to translate concepts and ideas into engaging and dynamic visual content. A deep cinematic and visual understanding, as well as excellent skills in film editing and animations.
Understanding of Social Media: Knowledge of different social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each. Knows how to maximize the impact of Meta, TikTok, and Youtube video forms.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the content team and stakeholders.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure the quality of all visual elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
Understanding of Marketing: Basic understanding of marketing principles and how motion graphics fit into overall marketing and branding strategies.
